How much is shipping?

Do you offer free shipping?

During the trial period, you can get free shipping for orders over $150.

 

 

 

How do you ensure my order will arrive safely?

The key to ensuring your order arrives safely is not to stress the shrimp during shipping. We carefully package each order using styrofoam boxes and provide ice packs or heat packs as needed to keep the temperature stable. I had a DOA (dead on arrival), what can I do?

At iShiaMi Aquatic, we offer 100% Live Arrival Guarantee for all shrimp orders. If you receive a DOA, please send us an email to service@ishiami.com. Attach to the email a clear picture of the DOA livestock in the original unopened shipping bag next to your packing slip. Please provide a second photograph of the dead livestock on top of the styrofoam box top for easy counting purposes. Once we receive your letter, we will reply as soon as possible. l received the incorrect amount of shrimp, what can I do?

When a shrimp dies in transit, it is usually eaten by other shrimp. But it's also possible we've miscounted it. If you encounter this situation, please send us a photo and describe any issues you have experienced to service@ishiami.com.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally. Due to restrictions and regulations.

 

What is your Return & Refund policy?

Unfortunately, We do not accept returns for any livestock. If you receive any DOA livestock or Incorrect ItemWe will either restock the missing item or issue a refund. Please Click here for more information.

Can I make a change to my order?

During the trial operation period, we will accumulateorders and ship them together. If you need to modify your order, please contact us by email. If the order has not been shipped yet, we can arrange changes. However, if shipment has already been scheduled, it cannot be changed. The company will make changes and edits at its sole discretion based on shipment conditions

 

What types of payment do you accept?

Credit Card, Debit Card, and PayPal.

 

My order is delayed, will my shrimps survive the additional day?

In our past experience, shrimps can survive for a long-time transportation as long as they are not exposed to extreme weather, which is what we strive to do during transportation. But if there is a DOA, we will help deal with it. Please Click here for more information.
