We kindly request that you inspect your order upon receipt and if you have received DOA(dead on arrival) livestock or the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it. Below is our Refund Policy:

Dead On Arrival (DOA)

Our
100% Live Arrival Guarantee ensures you are compensated if you receive any DOA livestock. Here's how we handle the situation:

  • Excess Livestock: If you receive more livestock than ordered, no claim is needed as we often include extras in shipments.
  • Missing Livestock: If you receive fewer shrimp than ordered, at the company’s discretion, we will either replace the missing shrimp or issue a refund (store credit) for the quantity of shrimp that has died.
    • For 60% to 99% of your ordered livestock that arrives, we will restock the missing quantity or refund you accordingly.
    • For less than 60% of your ordered livestock that arrives, you are entitled to either a full refund or 120% store credit.

Incorrect Item


We will either restock the missing item or issue a refund.

 
Request your Refund

 

  • Email service@ishiami.com within 2 hours of shipment arrival time. Please indicate the type of problem and order number in the title, for example: "DOA Order#111" or  "Wrong Item Order#333".
  • Please provide your order details, including the order number, purchase date, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.

     Receiving a Refund


    Once we receive a valid refund request and deem it eligible, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

    • A full refund will be issued for the item cost via your original payment method.
    • Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
    • Please allow additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account, as it may depend on your financial institution's policies.
    • Store credits will be sent via email as an iShiaMi.com coupon code that never expires.

    Please Note

    • Replacement of deceased shrimp is subject to availability. If replacements are unavailable, you may opt for a refund or wait until restocking occurs.
    • We do not accept returns for any livestock or gift cards.
