Welcome to iShiaMi Aquatic. We are committed to providing the best ornamental shrimp to you. When you place an order from iShiaMi Aquatic you will receive an order confirmed email informing you of the order receiving and shipping details. Below is our shipping information.


Shrimp size

Unless otherwise noted, the size of shrimp ordered from our website is between 1/3" ~ 1/2" (0.8cm~1.3 cm) unsexed juvenile shrimp .

This is the best size for shipping.

Package

 

  1. For the health of our shrimp, we carefully package each order and use a styrofoam box to keep temperatures stable in the box throughout shipment.
  2. Prior to shipping, we meticulously assess the weather conditions for each delivery address and include ice or heat packs as necessary. 

Shipping Details

 

  1. Our standard shipping method will be done through USPS Priority Mail.
  2. We will try to ship out on Monday to avoid packages being held up in transit over the weekend.
  3. It usually takes about 1-3 business days to deliver to most areas, depending on zip code of the shipping area.
  4. Tracking information will be emailed upon shipping. Please ensure to monitor your package, and don't forget to check your spam folder!

  1. In a case if an item in your order is out of stock, we will promptly notify you via email. Stock shortages may due to the health of our livestock or inventory discrepancies.
  2. we reserve the right to hold an order in extreme weather if we deem it is unsuitable to ship for the safety of the shrimp.
  3. In the event of any problems with your shipment, please CONTACT US via email at service@ishiami.com. Please indicate the type of problem and order number in the title, for example: " DOA Order#111" or "Wrong Order#333" to help us solve the problem more quickly.

  5. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is not available due to severe governmental restrictions as well as a significant likelihood of delay.
